Terms of delivery 

Orders will be shipped after we receive the payment. We aim to send the orders on the same day after the payment arrives. The order will be delivered to the delivery location you have chosen with the purchase, using the delivery method and sender you have chosen. 

Payment options

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Return of Products

Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days of the product's arrival to the customer. Energiapussit.net is not responsible for possible return costs incurred by the customer. To return the product, you must fill out the return form. You can get the form by contacting our customer service at customer service@energiapussit.net. We will not accept returns that do not include the required return form. We also do not accept returns that contain opened or used packaging.

By accepting the above-mentioned conditions, the customer confirms that he has familiarized himself with the energiapussit.net terms of use and thus declares that he accepts the prices of the products and delivery, the return conditions and the charging criteria. The customer can only place an order if he accepts the above conditions.
